Data from Baldwin Locomotive Works Specification for Engines as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University Volume 27, p. 234. Works number was 25369 in March 1905.

Based on the earlier Baldwin tank supplied according to specification 8-12 1/2 C 2, the Ascope also split its water carriage between a 200-gallon tank on the boiler and a 500-tank behind the cab.
