Like the 4-4-0 shown in Locobase 9681, this engine was acquired by the Easton, PA-based West End Railway Company to operate on a narrow-gauge line at the 1876 Centennial Exhibition. In 1877, it went to the Denver & Rio Grande as their #19, the Monte Christo. IN 1899, the engine went to the Arkansas Valley as its 19.
