New York, Susquehanna, & Western 2-6-0 "Mogul" Type Locomotives

The data is from the March 1895 American Engineer and Railroad Journal.article that detailed two recent Rogers products. This Mogul is relatively large for the time with good "numbers", but I have no information on how satisfactory a design it was for the Susie Q.
