Part of a batch of Mountains built for the Central of Georgia, it would appear, based on the identical basic power dimensions, the date of construction, and the builder. Data from A&WP - WRA 10 - 1945 Locomotive and Crane Diagrams supplied in May 2005 by Allen Stanley from his extensive collection.

These two lasted in Western service until 1952 and 1954.
