These two radial tanks operated on the BLS localbahn for their entire working lives. After World War One, ownership passed to the CSD, which reclassified them as 312.7 and when the DRG controlled them in World War II, they were classed BR 90.3.
Whatever their designation, they apparently were satisfactory and ran until 1949.
