Four 0-4-0T tank engines helped the contractors build the ONWB's Vienna station. After it was complete, the line had no real need for such small locomotives, says Wikipedia's author, so the ONWB added a leading axle. By 1886, the date of this entry, the design's heating surface area had grown by 29.1 sq m and its grate by 0.5 sq m.

In this form, they continued in service into the 1900s. 482 & 484 retired in 1909,while 481 and 483 remained until 1912 and 1915.
