Class Manona Soza (Locobase 21089)

Data from FC CC de Bolivia 1958 Locomotive Diagrams, supplied in August 2022 by Allen Stanley from his extensive Railroad Data Exchange collection; and Martin Coombs, Bolivian steam locomotive list (October 2020), downloaded from [link]), pp. 44, 66. Works number was 11955 in May 1927.

FCVA bought only this one small superheater Consolidations at a relatively late date.

NB: FCVA tube heating surface of 86.82 sq m (935 sq ft) seems to have been calculated from the inside (fire side) diameter. But the tube diameter shown appears to use the external diameter. Locobase uses the external diameter to reconcile the two measurements and bring the superheater ratio down to a still-high, more likely value.
