Data from Baldwin Locomotive Works Specification for Engines as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University Vol 21, p. 284. Works numbers were 14939 in July 1896.
Locobases 12111 and 12114 show three 6-wheelers from 1892 and 1894 with exactly the same dimensions. In addition to the increase in boiler pressure, the instant engine had taller drivers. Thus, the tractive effort remained the same, but the Campistador might have had a higher average speed.
