Parana 2-8-0 Locomotives in Brazil

Class Details by Steve Llanso of Sweat House Media

Class 19 (Locobase 13141)

Data from Baldwin Locomotive Works Specification for Engines as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University, Volume 30, p. 238 and Volume 31, p. 217. Works numbers were 31024-31025 in June 1907 and 32794-32795 in May 1908.

Small metre-gauge Consolidations supplied to Norton Megaw were put to work on this southern Brazilian railroad. The 1908 engines were apparently ordered by the Parana itself.
