Data from Alco class 262 T 101 Order S-1731 builder's card supplied in February 2023 by Teemu Koivumaki.. Works numbers were 68622 in March 1932.

Locobase's first impression of the customer suggested a Texas-based industrial operation. Well, the Cia Nacional di Ceimento Portland was in fact a materials producer, but its name and the track's metre gauge width fit this Texas subsidiaries activities in Brazil. (The parent company was founded in 1919 operating in 9 states and in Brazil, Argentina, Cuba, and Uruguay.
