Data fromBaldwin Locomotive Works Specification for Engines as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University, Volume 30, p. 213. Works number was 32738 in March 1908.
Essentially identical to the Mogul supplied by Baldwin to the Chilean State Railway in 1905 (Locobase 12718), this trio served the Public Works Syndicate which was building a railway in the north to connect Arica, the Chilean port with the Bolivian capital of La Paz.
