Part of a significant fleet of identical engines with different wheel arrangements but the same Belpaire boiler, cylinders, and valve motion. These tank engines operated on local passenger service. See also the 4-4-0s (Locobase 2664) and 4-6-0s (Locobase 2663), which had the same firebox and heating surface areas.
