Data from 1946 Beyer, Peacock catalogue hosted on Martyn Bane's website at [] (accessed 21 May 2006).
Batch #02439 (works# 6207-6208) connotated this pair of small tanks with side tanks that ended before the smokebox, had a dome over the gap between the first two driven axles, a firebox suspended between the last two axles and no superheater. The Beyer, Peacock production list -- [] (last accessed 29 May 2006) -- shows that BP supplied 5 locomotives before this pair (1916 - 5950; 1920 - 6075-6076; and 1921 - 6105-6106), yet the photograph from the catalogue shows this as locomotive #1. (Locobase suspects all 7 were built to the same specifications.)
