Data from Baldwin Locomotive Works Specification for Engines as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University, Volume 66, p. 84. Works numbers were 54402-54403 in January 1921 and 58006-58007 in September 1924.
These Moguls burned either wood or coal. They served Costa Rica's Pacifico until that railway was converted to electric operation.
Retaining the name of the railroad, they were moved to Nicaragua's Pacifico and renumbered 6 and 7.

Derived from the saturated-boiler Moguls from 1921 described in Locobase 14918, these used superheated steam admitted through 8" (203 mm) for more power. They could burn either wood or coal in a slightly larger firebox. They served Costa Rica's Pacifico until that railway was converted to electric operation.
Retaining the name of the railroad, they were moved to Nicaragua's Pacifico and renumbered 34 and 33.

Practically identical to the United Fruit Moguls Baldwin supplied in 1904 (Locobase 11485), these two served the Pacifico through its transformation in 1932 as the Electrico al Pacifico. In the renovation of service, the 4 was renumbered 26 and 5 became 24. 26 later took #12 and was seen operating as a dock switcher in 1955.
