Class Details by Steve Llanso of Sweat House Media

Class Laberinto (Locobase 11777)

Data from Baldwin Locomotive Works Specification for Engines as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University Volume 9, p.163 and Volume 13, p. 15. Works number was 5127 in June 1880 and 7803 in February 1886.

Two of the many plantation Forneys exported to the Caribbean. A sister locomotive - Luisa - joined the Labertinto after a stint with the Constancia Sugar Company. Its tubes were an inch shorter each, but the locomotive had one more of them, so the areas were identical.
