Data from Baldwin Locomotive Works Specification for Engines as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University Volume 24, p. 99. Works number was 19743 in November 1901.

When the Cienguita Railway returned to Baldwin a decade later for its next plantation Mogul, it was well satisfied with the #3 of 1891 described in Locobase 11995. So other than an increase in boiler pressure and a reduction in weight, the design remained essentially unchanged,
