Class Details by Steve Llanso of Sweat House Media

Class 152 (Locobase 13176)

Data from Baldwin Locomotive Works Specification for Engines as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University Volume 31, p. 23. Works numbers were 31651-31652 in September 1907.

Class 2 (Locobase 14796)

Data from Baldwin Locomotive Works Specification for Engines as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University, Vol 63, p. 380. Works number was 54230 in January 1921.

After assembling an extensive network of narrow-gauge lines, the CC turned to standard gauge. Its 60 lb/yard (30 kg/metre) rail was typical of the larger Cuban sugar railways of the time as was this oil-burning plantation Prairie tank.
