Class Details by Steve Llanso of Sweat House Media

Class 8 (Locobase 14840)

Data from Baldwin Locomotive Works Specification for Engines as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University Vol 64, pp. 88. Works number 53865 in October 1920.

It looks as if Domingo Nazabal was the owner of the Central Patricio, but the specifications for this oil-burning plantation Consolidation called for lettering the tender "Central Nazabal". The mill was located at Encrucijada in Santa Clara Province. In 1940, Santa Clara Province was renamed Villa Clara. After the 1959 Revolucion and expropriapation, the Central was renamed for Emilio Cordova.
