Data from Baldwin Locomotive Works Specification for Engines as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University Vol 20 p. 260. Works number was 15202 in February 1897.

Unlike the 0-6-4Ts sold to this military railway, this Ten-wheeler was not armored. It was sold to the Jucaro & San Fernando Railway and later to the FC del Norte & del Sur.
