Data from "4/4 gek. Tender-Locomotive fur normal Spurweite-Ostseelandische Bahn (Danemark)", (Tegel bei Berlin, 1878), p. 32. Works numbers were 4470-4471 in March 1895.
After almost sixty years on the OSJ, the 6 (works 4471) was sold in 1953 to the Danske Steel Works at Frederiksvaerk as their 2.
In 1961, the DSW sold the 2 to the Dansk Jernbane DJK, Club DSB-Depot Hong. Although it had been stored by the DSW, its crew was able to run to Roskild. After repairs in the 1990s, the 6 pulled heritage trains from 1993-1998.
