Class S (II) (Locobase 4029)

Data from WilliamBay, Danmarks Damplokomotiver (1977). Borsig built the first two in 1924 (works numbers were 11716-11717) and Frichs produced the other 18 in 1927-1928 (works numbers 69-86). See also [link] for line drawing with dimensions.

The class ran mostly in northern Zeeland and Krstbane serving Copenhagen-area commuter and suburban service. Tonnage rating was 350 tons on the level at 85 km/h (53 mph).
