Just how small were these little sugar-plantation six-wheeler wood-burners? Their tenders weighed significantly more than the engines themselves.
Frame & Company bought the first locomotive for the San Luis, which operated it for 30 years. All later operated on the Central Ozama.

Bigger younger sister to the three six-wheelers (Locobase 13503) that were delivered to this island ingenio in 1909, the Ozama was ordered through Muller, Schall and Company.
The Ozama was originally designed to burn wood. An extended note in the specs dated 22 October 1913 says that those "wood burning detail parts" were to be delivered with the engine. Fitting it to burn coal as well called for several changes: "Provide extended smoke box, cleaning hole & cap left side and under netting and deflector plate. Single high exhaust [in place of the single low exhaust], cleaing pipe and straight stack [instead of the flared, 9" diameter Radley & Hunter stack] . Plain bar grates." Another change that would seem to have little to do with the fuel: "Headlight bracket on top of smoke box."
Like the other engines, the 6 toiled on the line (renamed the Central Ozama in 1939) for decades
