Data from diagram UG Type 155, Societe Alsacienne de Constructions Mecaniques from locomotive book supplied by Dany Machi up at [] as Diagrammes des machines SACM construites a GRAFENSTADEN (October 2007).
Tube diameter is the interior measurement. External diameter was 52 (2.04"). The diagram shows that the boiler had five smaller tubes measuring 29 mm inside, 47 mm outside.
Locobase is unable to identify this large Consolidation. Its size and saturated boiler dimensions do not match up with any of the other 2-8-0s in that range. The design's small drivers are dwarfed by a deep boiler that reached a maximum depth over the firebox. The steam dome was positioned on the second course over the gap between the first and second driven axles. The cylinders used piston valves.
It could be an SACM batch produced to an American design. The search continues.
