According to the description accompanying the Feldbahn site's photographs, this industrial tank engine was Henschel's works number 25180. It went into service at Holzmann's Neu-Isenberg plant railway and continued in operation until 1969. Other owners included the Opel-Zoo's Taunus Express, a tourist railroad near Frankfurt.until May 1999. The Feldbahn museum began restoring the engine in 2002.
