These locomotives came to the eastern German kleinbahn in batches. The first three arrived in 1902, the other 2 in 1909-1910. The 1902 engines were withdrawn between 1926 and 1939.

The other two were taken into the East German (DDR) Deutsche Reichsbahn in 1949 as BauReihe 99 461. They operated until retired in 1957 & 1963.
