More than 50 years of service on the Selters KB included passenger and freight hauling along the 24-km (14.9 miles) railway. In October 1957 the Nassaui Kleinbahn AG bought the short-coupled six-coupled as their #16 (the II) -- (See Locobase 3785 for more information on the NKAG.). When the last of the Taunus-area line was closed in 1962, #2 lingered in limbo for many years, but was eventually plinthed in Nastatten.
