Delivered in 1906 (works #989), 1907 (1138), and 1908 (1206). These were tiny radial tanks named JACOBI, KAYSER, and GRAF SCHWERIN LOWITZ. The FBM's photo shows a little diamond stacker with a large dome and cab and the Heusinger gear layout obscuring a view of the first two axles.
The MPSB was opened in 1891 first to freight then, in 1894, to traffic. As traffic grew in the 1930s, more route miles were added, the total eventually reaching 240-260 km (149-161 sm).
After World War II, the system was dismantled by the Soviet occupation with the last rail being pulled up in 1970 by the East German national railway. The locomotives went in various directions, JAKOBI winding up in the German military railway museum (Feldbahnmuseum), KAYSER on the Bahnhof Friedland, and the GRAF across the North Sea to the Brecon Mountain Railway in Great Britain.
A portion of the MPSB was restored to service in the late 1990s as a tourist railway.
The BMR's website [] discusses the condition of the locomotive when they took ownership. "[It] came in very poor condition and the final indignity was when its chimney was destroyed by a low bridge on the journey here."
Undaunted, the museum railway restored the engine and put it back in service in 1981. The Graf accumulated more than 150,000 miles (241,500 km) on the BMR. Placed in semi-retirement because it simply lacked the power to tackle the Torpantau extension, the Graf was steamed for special events.

Delivered in 1914 (works #2155), this radial tank was an enlargement of earlier MPSB 0-6-2Ts (see Locobase 6537). In addition, the boiler was now superheated.
