Class Details by Steve Llanso of Sweat House Media

Class 10 (Locobase 7497)

Data from Paul Dorscheimer's website -- [link], accessed 22 May 2006. (See Locobase 3785 for more information on the NKAG.)

These two 8-coupled tanks (Jung works# 1772, 2014) served the NKAG for about 4 decades. 11 was retired in 1952 and 10 in 1954.

Class 12 (Locobase 7498)

Data from Paul Dorscheimer's website -- [link], accessed 22 May 2006. (See Locobase 3785 for more information on the NKAG.)

Somewhat bigger and more powerful than the Jung-built engines that had entered service on the NKAG a few years earlier, these Henschels (works# 14563-14565) enjoyed still longer lives. 12 was the first to leave service in 1958; 13-14 followed in 1962 when conversion to diesel and abandonment of other lines was essentially complete.
