This was a single Mallet tank delivered to this west German railway also known as the Lower Eis Valley Railway. It arrived four years after Hermann Bachstein combined the WO with three other narrow-gauge railways to form the SEG - Snddeutsche Eisenbahn-Gesellschaft AG (South German Railway Company).

The 310 served for several decades. By 1953, the SEG controlled a network of tramways and was reorganized as the DEG - Deutsche Eisenbahngesellschaft, which gave the engine road # 61. Ten years later it was taken out of service.
