Class Details by Steve Llanso of Sweat House Media

Class Colwyn (Locobase 4868)

These saddle-tankers served Stewart and Lloyds until the end of steam at that iron-ore railway in 1969. Additional information and data from [link] (15 February 2004). This site says that the design was supplied by several builders over many years and was drawn originally from a Manning Wardle locomotive.
