Class Sir Henry (Locobase 10561)

Data from "Goods Tank Locomotive, Sligo, Leitrim and Northern Counties Railway", The Locomotive Magazine (15 June 1906), p.99-100.

Reported to have "...proved very successful in service ...economical in coal consumption," this trio of six-coupled goods locomotives had the typical Beyer, Peacock Belpaire firebox. BP supplied the Sir Henry (works 4592) in 1904 and Enniskillen (works 4720) in 1906. Lough Gill followed in 1917.
