Data from Baldwin Locomotive Works Specification for Engines as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University Volume 36, p. 258, 260. Works numbers 34041-34042, 34078 in November 1909; 35252-35253 in September 1910, 37528-37529 in February 1912.
This set of Consolidations was just a bit smaller in the cylinders and boiler than the numerous Ten-wheelers that had come on the GCR over the previous two decades (Locobases 11707 and 12117) . But they were haulers that put more adhesive weight on the rail.. In fact they duplicated the design of the 2-8-0s that were built for Mexican railway San Marco y Tecolutia eight years earlier (Locobase 11912). The last two were completed as oil-fired locomotives.
All went into the International Railroad of Central America, were renumbered 63, 62, 61, 64, 65, 25, 26 respectively. They served the IRCA until the 1950s.
