Data from [link] (a page of the ca. 1920 Vulcan Foundry catalogue). In the same website's [link], two of the locomotives are shown as works #2419-20 i 1909, 2521-2522 in 1910

This small Eight-wheelers are described in the catalogue as "Bogie Passenger Engine and Tender for the Dessert (sic) Sections" of the railway. That would explain the fabric screens shielding the running gear in the photo. Like most Indian locomotives, these had Belpaire fireboxes.
