Class 46 (Locobase 14656)

Data from DeGolyer, Vol 60, pp. 351. Works numbers were 53335-53338 in June 1920.

This set of four Ten-wheelers were built to the same design as those supplied to the Morvi Railway, which operated in the same state in India (northwest of Bombay) at the same time. They too had copper Belpaire fireboxes and slide valves.

Usually supplied by British builders such as Nasmyth Wilson and, later, Vulcan Foundry, the Gondar bought only this quartet from Eddystone.
