Data from Baldwin Locomotive Works Specification for Engines, as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University, Volume 60, p. 69. Works numbers were 51278-51279 in February 1919.

The Naval Briquette Factory bought these two saddle tanks from Frazar & Company. The factory produced briquettes from anthracite coal for use in the Japanese fleet.
