Data from Baldwin Locomotive Works Specification for Engines as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University, Volume 29, p. 198. Works number was 28708 in August 1906.

Specs show that this engine was an 0-4-0ST modified according to the 8/16/06 instruction: "Add front truck to reduce weight on driving wheels to 40,000 lbs. or less." Grades had inclines as steep as 1 in 40 (2 1/2%) and relatively generous curve radii "6 chains" (396 feet or less than 3 degrees).
