Class Cordoba (Locobase 11596)

Data from Baldwin Locomotive Works Specification for Engines, 1888, as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University Vol 15, p. 40. Works numbers were 9899 in March 1889 and 11707 in March 1891.

These Moguls started out on FC Agricola (de (Cordoba a Motzorongo y Rio Tinto, to give it its full geographical due). Passenger trains on the main line covered 42 km at the rate of 24 km/h. The FA would later extend its line to Tuxtepec and to Santa Lucrecia on the Tehuantepec line.

Later the Vera Cruz & Pacific would buy up the lines and the locomotives; see Locobase 11922.
