Class Details by Steve Llanso of Sweat House Media

Class 6 (Locobase 14183)

Data from Baldwin Locomotive Works Specification for Engines as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University Volume 49, p. 89. Works number was 37811 in June 1912.

Locobase doesn't find much about this narrow-gauge line except that service one a week between Tepezala and Aguascalientes (about 30 miles/50-km apart) in 1905. The latter town is located in west-central Mexico approximately 120 miles east of the Gulf of California and 300 miles (510 km) northwest of Mexico City.
