Data from Baldwin Locomotive Works Specification for Engines as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University, Volume 44, p. 215. Works number was 39904 in May 1913.

Separated by 75 km (46.6 miles), Lima and Chilca (to its south) began constructing a railway between them in February 1913. At the same time, the narrow gauge ordered this modestly scaled Consolidation.
