Class Details by Steve Llanso of Sweat House Media

Class unknown (Locobase 14739)

Data from DeGolyer, Vol 63, pp. 195. See also a listing of Sugar Centrals in the Philippines in the American Chamber of Commerce of the Philippines Journal (January 1922), p. 30. Works numbers were 53441-53444 in July 1920.

Operating near the big Binalbagan complex in the Negros Occidental province on Negros Island, this little quartet of plantation wood-burning six-coupleds were fitted with Rushton Improved cabbage stacks, Walschaert outside radial gear, and Gregg cane-car couplers. They operated in Manapla at a time when North Negros was quite new (opened July 1918) and had quite a modest capacity of 900 tons of cane per day.
