Fitted with a Rushton Improved spark-arresting cabbage stack, these six-coupled plantation locomotives beefed up one of the two Tarlac City sugar centrals north of Manila in Luzon.

5 would later join its production-line mate #9, which was delivered to the Central Azucarera de Bais.
