Class unknown (Locobase 2711)

This was a tall, straight-boilered design with Belpaire boiler, modest steam dome over the second driver, and square sand chest over the first axle. Cylinders were outside, as were the axle leaf springs, and motion was inside. As OS Nock comments (RWC III, pl 177), an 0-6-2 engine is rare enough, but most of them were tank engines.
