Data from "Diagrams [of] Locomotives and Tender", published in Moskva (Moscow), 1935), pp. 61-62, PDF supplied by Teemu Koivmaki in his 5 October 2019 email. (Many thanks to Teemu for sending what might never have fallen into Locobase's hands. An indispensable addition to Locobase's resources)
See Locobase 4239 for a short history of the 9,129 locomotives produced by several builders to a common design. In all of them, the grate and firebox heating surface areas remained the same.
Locobase 4239 describes the 1897 variant (3,172 produced) that retained the Joy gear, grate and firebox heating surface areas, but increased driver diameter to 1,200 mm. This later, larger production variant's main difference was the substitution of outsied constant-lead valve gear for the earlier Joy gear.

A tank switch engine, this eight-coupled was rated to be able to pull 70 waggons up a 0.5% grade.
