CEMR 2-8-2 Locomotives in Spain

Class Details by Steve Llanso of Sweat House Media

Class 206 (Locobase 4847)

Data from [link]. Works numbers were 18298-18300 in 1921.

These Belpaire-boilered Mikados were, despite their low-drivered layout, used in mixed-traffic service. Minimum curve radius was 90 metres, probably because the first and last driving axles were allowed considerable lateral movement.
