This sextet of Eight-wheelers were supplied to the FC de B-A by Beyer, Peacock in 1889-1890. They were named 14 de Mayo, Ronda, Campillos, Cadiz, Guadaira, and Bobadilla. Two more were delivered in 1913 with higher-pressure boilers; see Locobase 3349. The octet constituted all of the B-A's passenger motive power.
All of them were taken into the Andaluces with their numbers unchanged when the larger road took over the B-A in 1913.
The last three --4-6--remained in service in 1941 when the RENFE was inaugurated. They were numbered 2021-2023. After being replaced in passenger service by 4-8-0s, the pair hauled local freight trains on the Albatera-Torrevieja branch into the 1970s.

As noted in Locobase 3348, Beyer, Peacock supplied the FC de B-A's passenger power. This pair entered service 22 years after the last of the the six that opened the railway. Although named Almoraima and Castellon, they were taken into the Andaluces within the next year while retaining their road numbers.
RENFE's 1941 nationalization of all major Spanish railways included the incorporation of #7, one of the two 1913 engines. It was replaced in passenger service by a 4-8-0 and relegated to freight work on the Albatera-Torrevieja branch, in which it continued into the 1970s.
