Class La Quinta (Locobase 14763)

Data from Baldwin Locomotive Works, Specification for Engines as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University, Vol 78, pp. 84. Works number was 58417 in May 1925.

This Mogul was identical to the Central Playa engine delivered to that Puerto Rican sugar mill in 1920 (Locobase 14487), except that the later locomotive burned coal. Owned by the Compania Azucarera El Ejemplo, which was based in Humacao, PR.
