Data from Baldwin Locomotive Works Specification for Engines as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University Vol 15, p. 19. Works number was 9828 in February 1889.

Sold to the Hudson Connecting Railway, this Mogul's location didn't change much eavne as it was lettered with CNE & W; Philiadelphia, Reading & Western; and Central New England. It was out of service on the CNE by 1915.
