A comment on the flickr website from a "PR RR Historian" gave a full account of this locomotive's checkered history:"For reasons never satisfactorily given, this locomotive, the second # 1 for Central Juncos [of Las Piedras, PR], only worked the railroad for a very short period of time before being sold off of the Island to a mill in the Dominican Republic in 1922."
