Data from "Logging Locomotives", Record of Recent Construction #96 (Baldwin Locomotive Works, 1918), p. 12-13. See also DeGolyer, Vol 62, pp. 362+. Works number was 52517 in November 1919.
Baldwin's photograph shows a relatively outdated layout in a small branch-line locomotive that was owned by the Lodwick Lumber Company of Hicksbaugh, Tex, which operated the 3.9-mile long ET&G.
After only a few years on the ET & G, the engine departed to work for the Carolina Western.
