Data from Baldwin Locomotive Works Specification for Engines as digitized by the DeGolyer Library of Southern Methodist University Volume 29, p. 285 . Works number was 30659 in April 1907.
This Kangley, Wash logging railroad was operated by Pacific States Lumber until it was abandoned in 1914. At that point, PSL put its #5 Prairie saddle tank to work on the Cascade Lumber road.
